23CV036364-590Under and by virtue of a judgment of the Superior Court of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, in that certain civil action entitled:"Mecklenburg County vs. David Current, et. al."the undersigned Commissioner will on Monday, May 13, 2024, at 2:00 P.M., at the usual place of sale at the Civil Court House of Mecklenburg County, Charlotte, North Carolina, offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash:
All that certain lot or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and more particularly described and defined as follows:
Being all of Lot 103 of WEDGEWOOD SUBDIVISION, Phase II-A, Map IV, as the same is shown on map thereof recorded in the Mecklenburg County Public Registry in Map Book 23 at Page 950.
BEING the same property conveyed to David Current and wife, Jeree Current, by Deed recorded in Book 23087 at Page 732 in said Registry.
Designated as tax code number 025-203-27 and being commonly known as 8900 Carastan Drive, Charlotte, NC 28216.
The successful bidder of each sale will be required to deposit five percent (5%) of the bid price.
The bid will remain open for ten (10) days for increased bids.
The property will be sold subject to taxes for the year 2024, and all local improvement assessments against the property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled action.
The bid will be subject to confirmation by the Court.
