The nature of relief being sought is as follows: Foreclosure of the tax liens for the County of Mecklenburg for the years 2014 through and including 2023 against the following described property: All that certain lot or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and more particularly described and defined as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the southwest margin of Slagle Drive, the northeastern corner of Lot 19 in Block C of TIFFANY TERRACE as shown in Book 2369 at Page 437, Mecklenburg County Public Registry; running thence with the northwest boundary line of Lot 19 S. 57-50-30 W. 150.04 feet to a point; thence N. 32-09-30 W. 44.67 feet to a point in the old property line; thence N. 42-55 E. 155.27 feet to a point in the southwest margin of Slagle Drive; thence with said margin of said Drive S. 32-09-30 E. 84.66 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING a portion of the same property conveyed to Tabor E. Sarvis, Jr., and wife, Evelyn N. Sarvis, by Deed recorded in Book 3652 at Page 415 in said Registry.
