TO SHERRY ANTONUCCI, a/k/a SHERRY GILL; ANTHONY GILL; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; HOME LOAN CENTER, INC. d/b/a LENDINGTREE LOANS; and PRETIUM MORTGAGE CREDIT MANAGEMENT, and any and all other interested persons, whether sane or insane, adult or minor, in esse or en ventra sa mere known or unknown, resident or nonresident, live corporations or dissolved corporations, who might have or claim any right or title to the surplus funds which are subject of this petition.
Take notice that a petition seeking determination and distribution of surplus funds has been filed in the above-entitled special proceeding. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows: a monetary award in favor of Petitioner, the United States of America, out of sale proceeds paid into the Court pursuant to a foreclosure sale. Petitioner's claim in an amount of no less than twenty-one thousand, six hundred fifty-four and seventy-one one hundredths dollars ($21,654.71) is based on an indebtedness secured by a Department of Housing and Urban Development, executed by Sherry Antonucci on March 10, 2016, and recorded at the Mecklenburg County Register of Deeds on April 6, 2015, bearing Instrument Number 2015043757 and recorded in Book 29892 at Pages 767-773.
You are required to make defense to such pleading not later than November 15, 2021, and upon your failure to do so, the party seeking service against you will apply to the Court for the relief sought herein.
