BEING the same property conveyed to Emma Harris by Deed recorded in Book 719 at Page 183 and Book 786 at Page 157 in said Registry. Designated as tax code number 069-077-06 and being commonly known as a lot off Celia Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28216.
