Wallace; and any and all other interested persons, whether sane or insane, adult or minor, in esse or en ventra sa mere, known or unknown, resident or nonresident, live corporations or dissolved corporations, who might have or claim any right or title to the property which is the subject of this action, Defendants.
To: Heirs of Ned H. Wallace; Heirs of Miriam P. Wallace; and any and all other interested persons, whether sane or insane, adult or minor, in esse or en ventra sa mere, known or unknown, resident or nonresident, live corporations or dissolved corporations, who might have or claim any right or title to the property which is the subject of this action.
TAKE NOTICE that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled action. The nature of relief being sought is as follows: Foreclosure of the tax liens for the County of Mecklenburg for the years 2014 through and including 2023 against the following described property:
All that certain lot or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and more particularly described and defined as follows:
BEING all of the property currently designated as Mecklenburg County tax code number 193-251-35 and being a parcel consisting of 0.111 acres (+/-) located off W. Charles Street, Matthews, NC 28105, said parcel also being part of Lot 19 of Section E of the property of SHELTON AND YOUNG as shown on map recorded in Map Book 3 at Page 17 in the Mecklenburg County Public Registry.
BEING part of the same property conveyed to Ned H. Wallace and wife, Miriam P. Wallace, by Deed recorded in Book 3421 at Page 26 in said Registry.
You are required to make defense to such pleading not later than May 27, 2024, and upon your failure to do so, the parties seeking service against you will apply to the Court for the relief sought.
