23CV040340-590Under and by virtue of a judgment of the Superior Court of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, in that certain civil action entitled:"Mecklenburg County vs. Duluth 120 Corporation, et. al."the undersigned Commissioner will on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at 10:30 A.M., at the usual place of sale at the Civil Court House of Mecklenburg County, Charlotte, North Carolina, offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash:
All that certain lot or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and more particularly described and defined as follows:
BEING all of that 1.4-acre (more or less) parcel of land indexed as Tax Parcel No. 027-103-67 and being part of the tract labelled "Proposed Hucks Road Reserved 100' Right of Way" as shown on the map of HAMPTON PLACE SUBDIVISION, Phase 6, Map 1, recorded in the Mecklenburg County Public Registry in Map Book 50 at Page 41.
BEING a portion of the property conveyed to Hill Land Corporation, a North Carolina corporation, by Deed recorded in Book 5612 at Page 382 in said Registry.
Designated as tax code number 027-103-67 and being commonly known as a lot located off of Suttonview Road, Charlotte, NC 28269.
The successful bidder of each sale will be required to deposit five percent (5%) of the bid price.
The bid will remain open for ten (10) days for increased bids.
The property will be sold subject to taxes for the year 2024, and all local improvement assessments against the property not included in the judgment in the above-entitled action.
The bid will be subject to confirmation by the Court.
